Bio

 

Rinat Harel is a Boston-based Israeli-American artist, independent curator, and an art educator. She earned her BFA in photography at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem, Israel, and an MFA, with a concentration in video, at The Art Institute of Boston. Her artwork has been exhibited in galleries in the Boston area, and around the U.S.

In addition, she curated film/video events at the Bunker Hill Community College in Boston (see PDF catalogues below), and was the chief curator of an international exhibit at the Rubin-Frankel Gallery at Boston University Hillel. The exhibit, Israel Form Within and From Without, featured 34 films, by 30 artists.
